Shall perform their tasks mainly through relying on the vision and mission of Terminal Customs Consulting, and to work on opening the cooperation fields and participation in providing and facilitating all the efforts up to quality customs consultations and services of high quality. The specialized customs services include the following:

• The consultations related to the free zones of all types, as well as the public and private customs warehouses.
• The procedures of the Post Clearance Audit (PCA) in the local market and thoses related to the free zones and duty free shops.
• The consultations pertaining to the customs value and what is related to the value based on the concept of Article Seven of the World Trade Organization (GATT 1994).
• Organizing the procedures of lodging and exiting of goods from the private and public customs warehouses.
• Organizing and coordinating the import and export procedures for the companies operating in the free zones or local companies.
• The controls of applying the international conventions, the principles and conditions of benefiting from these conventions.
• The industrial exemptions, and the terms and conditions of these exemptions.

• The import procedures with re-export intent, the customs set-off within the framework of transporting the goods and vehicles between the countries of Cooperation Council for Gulf Arab States.

• The fragments shipments and consolidated customs declarations.
